SCVO engage Synovations to Implement new Membership System

The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) have announced their decision to implement Salesforce CRM as a new platform for managing their 1300 member organisations. 

The decision follows a thorough evaluation of available solutions and implementation options.  Synovations has been chosen by SCVO to manage the implementation which will is expected to be completed by July 2013.  SCVO provides a number of key services to member organisations – such as payroll services, technology advice, training and office space.  The provision of these services will be managed through the new system, providing a single information system for SCVO to manage its core processes.  The decision was announced by Alastair Dutton, Head of Technology for SCVO, at the Gathering in Glasgow.  Alastair emphasised the benefits Salesforce will bring to SCVO and how he looked forward to partnering with Synovations in delivering the solution.   SCVO and Synovations jointly hosted a seminar on Cloud Computing at the same event.
